Effective July 1, 2026, the EU has removed the de minimis threshold for imported goods. All packages shipped to the EU will be subject to customs duties and may incur additional customs clearance or processing fees. These costs must be borne by the recipient.
1. The de minimis exemption for low-value packages (previously applicable to orders under €150) no longer applies. Customs duties will be levied based on the specific type of goods.
2. In addition to customs duties, recipients may be required to pay additional customs clearance, processing, or other related fees as mandated by local customs authorities, logistics providers, or brokers before receiving the package.
3. The checkout price in the official store covers only the cost of the items and base shipping fees. It does not include any customs duties, taxes, or other government-imposed charges or logistics handling fees. Please confirm your agreement to bear these additional costs before placing your order. Actual duties and taxes are determined by local authorities and logistics providers, and we cannot calculate them for you in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
4. Please note that international shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and other related fees are incurred once the goods have been shipped. Therefore, we cannot accept order cancellations for personal reasons after dispatch. Should an order be returned due to cancellation, refusal of delivery, or other personal reasons, the refund will be processed after deducting all actual incurred costs, including round-trip international shipping, customs duties, customs clearance fees, refund processing fees, and other related charges.

Effective August 29, 2025, the United States has suspended de minimis duty-free treatment for all countries. All packages shipped to the U.S. will be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other related charges. These costs must be borne by the recipient.
